The guys are nice, but their work… not so much. I had them come out a few years ago to patch up my chimney to prevent it from leaking. I was starting to get huge spots on my ceilings near my fireplace that made it obvious that something was leaking. They charged me $ 250 for about 20 minutes of their time. I recently had my roof replaced by someone else recommended to me, only to hear from the insurance adjuster(hail damage) as well as these new roofers that«whoever patched up your chimney did a horrible job!». No wonder it never stopped leaking from my previous repairs. I suppose i could have or should have climbed up there afterwards to make sure their patchwork was to my satisfaction, but who does that! My bad. I trusted them, but i do not recommended this business to do your roofing or chimney work unless you are willing to follow after them to make sure they did what you are about to pay them to do. The two stars are for the«niceness» of the staff as well as for the speedy response to my need to have my chimney leaks fixed ASAP.

Unprofessional with no follow up. I originally called EBS to fix a leak in my roof and the first visit was very professional and I paid for the service. After the next rain the roof still leaked and they came again and the problem was still there. They then missed the next appointment and had none of the measurements from the first appointment when I talked to them on the phone. The repairman called me from a friends cell phone because his was dead. I have paid but still have a roof leak.

During a storm in April, a tree branch crashed through my roof, along with damage into the interior(I’ll go into the interior repair in another review). EBS came out after the initial tarping job done by another company left alot to be desired. They re-tarped my roof quickly and the rainwater stopped leaking into the house. Later, after the insurance company determined my roof needed to be replaced, I received an estimate from them for repair which was competitive. I have to mention that they are a preferred provider with my insurance company, State Farm. Mike Kinsella was my contact person and his response to any issues or questions that I had was great. Because of the volume of damage done in the area, it was about three weeks before they began working on my roof, but the tarp continued to protect the interior so no damage was done. It didn’t hurt that we are going through a drought this year, so not much rain fell during this time. They arrived full force and worked continuously on the roof all day(they must have eaten lunch in shifts because I never heard a lull in the work going on). I have a small house, so they were finished in one day and I have to say it looks fantastic. They picked up any debris that fell from the roof which was appreciated since I have two dogs. They are BBB accredited, have a super service award from Angie’s list in 2010 and 2011. I highly recommend them to anyone need roofing repairs.
