He founded Estate Plan Strategies, LLC in May 2001, after many years as a partner with prominent St. Louis law firms where he concentrated his practice in the field of estate planning.

Steven B. Spewak, J.D., L.L.M, founder of Estate Plan Strategies, LLC, has been engaged in the private practice of law as an attorney in the metropolitan St. Louis, Missouri, area for more than 25 years. He founded Estate Plan Strategies, LLC in May 2001, after many years as a partner with prominent St. Louis law firms where he concentrated his practice in the field of estate planning.

Mr. Spewak has authored numerous articles in professional journals and regularly teaches continuing education courses for CPAs, insurance professionals and financial advisors on estate planning, business succession planning and asset protection. He is also a co-​author of the authoritative book on estate planning, Love Money, Control: Reinventing Estate Planning and a contributing author to the book, Estate Planning Strategies. Mr. Spewak is a member of the Probate and Trust Committees of The Missouri Bar, The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the Wealth Counsel network.
