If I could give negative stars I would. First of all, the customer service is horrible. Dave and Scott, when asked if they could guarantee a time of pickup, said bleep, I don’t know. Take it somewhere else. This is the second vehicle I was taking them. The first one we had to take back twice due to missing paint, paint on windows, bubbling paint, and weather stripping issues. I am glad they were so rude. I am not taking the second vehicle. CONSUMERS BEWARE.

My Volkswagen Jetta is 14 years old. I love him and I can’t quit him. So I wanted to do the next best thing and fancy him up. And did he need it. Clear coat peeling away like the skin from a bad sunburn.
I went to a local Maaco shop, was treated like a woman – you know what I mean – and decided not to give them my business. After a quick internet search, I stumbled upon Earl Scheib on Manchester Road. I have to admit, the place looks a little worn out from the outside. But it’s a paint and body shop, right? Scott, and extremely nice and knowledgeable guy, assessed the damage, treated me like a consumer, and gave me an estimate for a couple hundred dollars less than Maaco. Yes. $ 200 less. How can that be?
Of course, I said yes. And when my beloved Jetta came back to me? The paint job was absolutely excellent. He looks almost new, and I really could not be happier. The customer service, the time taken, and the quality of the job will make me recommend this place to anyone needing paint work.
