This place is fun. You just have to be open to experiencing another culture. The service is very quick compared to other places. Also I’m very happy with the results.

This place is a little hard to find, but once you do you are happy you found it. It is ran by a cute old man(he works in the shoes) then there is a lady that does everything from alterations to you bringing in fabric and she will make you a dress. One thing you should know is it’s coach only, but I don’t care I’ll be back because they are nice and do a great job.

The customer service at this location is «Horrible»! As I walked in the lady who was in charge of alterations greeted me by yelling with a heavy accent, «ALTERATIONSORSHOEREPAIR?» She was rude and arrogant! I was in total shocked because I wasn’t expecting her to yelled at me for no reason, so I proceeded to said, «excuse me»? she repeated herself by simply yelling those same words. I simply walked out and gave my business to another company that can show respect and can value good customer service. FYI– I was actually told not to go to this place by a couple of friends but I did anyways, thinking that they were ultra sensitive! I should have listen.

This has been my go to tailor and shoe repair place for years. They also do both alterations and redo hems. They charge around $ 15 for hems, and their work is perfect. Both the bf and I have weird issues with pants and I almost always have to get the thighs in my pants reinforced, otherwise they will wear thin and rip, so I bring all my pants in. They charge around $ 15 for this, and the pants always look great afterwards. They are always done on time and as promised. The owner is great, and they are always friendly.
