History

Established in 2007.

Circa Properties was established by broker/​owner Christopher Thiemet to fill a void in the marketplace for the «specialist» in the historic neighborhood market. By focusing on a narrow geographic target market, we can offer expert advice as compared to our competitors whose «watered-​down» advice due to selling all over the metropolitan area.

Christopher Thiemet (pronounced «THEME-​it») is broker/​owner of Circa Properties, and is a full-​time, urban-​minded REALTOR® specializing in Historic Neighborhoods in and around Saint Louis City. Christopher has a strong passion for what he does — customer service is his focus, and it is truly his goal to create long-​term, trusting relationships with each of his clients. Christopher’s background in marketing, design and education allows him to connect and communicate with his clients on a superior level. His dedication to continuing education and industry issues keeps him abreast of trends and changes in an evolving field.

Christopher, a native of Saint Louis, specializes in city and historic properties for home buyers (especially first-​timers) and unique, strategic marketing and sales for the home seller. He is also a diligent tour guide and teacher about the neighborhoods of Saint Louis for those relocating to the area.
