Description

Specialties

Short for arancinis, cinis are traditional Italian street fare and are handmade daily with saffron arborio rice, chopped blend of celery, carrots, and onions, and then rolled in breadcrumbs and fried.

For centuries, arancinis have been an Italian street food staple. These traditional rice balls are crispy on the outside and full of yummy goodness on the inside. Today, arancinis are being served up close to home at Cini where you’ll find delicious new world flavors loaded with street cred. Our cinis are hand made from the heart and come in a variety of fresh, flavor-filled combinations.

History

Established in 2013.

Two St. Louis restaurant families joined forces to create Cini: italian chow with heart.
