Chef’s Table STL is proudly brought to you by award winning chef Christopher Lee. Chris has over 25 years of cooking experience from his classical training at L’Auberge Bretonne and Café de France, opening several of STL’s prestigious restaurants including Sanctuaria, Café Ventana and Hendricks BBQ to being the executive banquet chef at River City’s new 8.3 million dollar expansion initiative.
