Borghi Floors

I am sorry to say this as I like the owner of the Co. But we have some carpet that was put in in our house and the quality was not up to what was reported or it was the wrong carpet we ordered to begin with. We filed a claim with the Co and there was someone in the Co. Who did not file the complaint properly. Now the owner has promised to fix the problem at least 6 months ago and even said about a month ago he would get us prices for a new floor to make up the damage and we have not heard from him since. We are left with carpeting that was poor quality, not at all the carpeting we bought and no help at all from Borghi floors. I have called over and over again and still no response. Don’t use this Business to put new carpeting in.

Went in to try and get some prices on carpet with a sample. After waiting about 10 minutes, the only person we saw in the store was in his office and on the phone. Not only did he not greet us and see if he could help us, he didn’t even look up from the phone to say ‘just a minute’ or ‘sorry, I’ll be with you as soon as I can.’ All we got was ignored so we left. Maybe they are better than this, but it is hard to tell when they won’t even offer to help you when you come in to look for business.
