APS Workflow, Inc., headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri was founded in 2005 with the vision of creating a fast, safe and efficient service for retrieving medical records. Before APS Workflow the medical record retrieval industry had become stagnate. Our competitors are old companies with huge call centers filled with low wage employees that ultimately result in high turn-​over, bad time service and unhappy customers. From the very beginning it was our desire to be a fresh alternative. At APS Workflow we are not satisfied with ‘the status quo.’ APS Workflow strives to create a team that is the right blend of experienced industry experts, innovative technology developers, and customer service experts all blended together with the singular focus of providing the best possible service at a competitive price.
