The Home Depot

Every time I go to our Home Depot I am greeted by friendly employees and offered help several times during my visit. I have met a number of very knowledgeable employees who have given me valuable advice on a wide variety of projects. I am normally not the type of person who needs someone to hold my hand through a purchase (I really don’t need anyone to help me pick out clothes or shoes…), but I have been remodeling and repairing a little house for my daughter and am so grateful that we have a home improvement store with such helpful and knowledgeable employees.

Staff here is super friendly and knowledgeable. We’ve come here a few times over the past few months since we’ll be renovating a bunch of stuff at the house we’re buying at the end of the summer. We also came in for an appointment to talk about cabinets and my husband and I had *no clue* about all of the decisions that we needed to make. Didn’t know which brand, if we wanted shaker cabinets, if we wanted a 3 or 4 drawer design, etc. Rachel patiently explained all of our options and gave us piece of mind as we walked away after our appointment with a printout of what our kitchen will look like.
Another bonus for our not treating our kids like nuances. Multiple employees at this location stop to talk to our kids and during our cabinet appointment Rachel gave them some coloring books and crayons to occupy them while we talked about cabinets.
I just wish that they had a few more appliances to look at on the floor and that their prices were a little lower. But otherwise, I like Home Depot and this location.
