COULDNOTBEWORSE! NO ‘CUSTOMERSERVICE’!! They have MONOPOLYANDKNOWIT! My 92 year old mother’s cable was disconnected on a Sunday night. She went to pay the bill, in person, taking a taxi, and using a walker. She hadn’t made the previous months payment, as she ‘thought she did’. However, with her paid bill, she STILL has NOSERVICE! I called for her and was put on hold for OVER2HOURS during 3 different transfers ANDTHENDISCONNECTED!!! I never talked with them. only their ‘prompts’ and she still has NOSERVICE!

check this out! i want others to as well. when we have problems with our internet connection being too slow we go on ping to check out our readings. well guess what they do… my husband and i are convinced because this has happened more than twice. the other night we checked our megabites. whatever the reading is. well the national average was at 33 and we checked out as .5. we are paying them for a FAST internet connection. the very next day. our internet.what a surprise. our readings were normal and back to fast internet. we think they are scam artists… giving people slow internet until they see that they have checked and then they speed it up. SCAM!!! how can you possibly prove this to them!!! never. please! others need to start doing this and report the findings!

ABSOLUTELYTERRIBLE. Would not recommend this to my worst enemy. Fast internet and tv? More like make a fast trip to the phone to ask for a refund. The Wi-fi service was slow when we first got it installed, then after a while it was okay. The TV service on the other hand, sucks. They removed SO many channels and you had to «upgrade» to see the other channels.
The only good things they have is the customer service, I’ll give them that.(That’s 2 stars).
