All-you-can-eat Soup and Salad bar comes with all the evening entrees, as well as all-you-can-eat homemade dinner and cinnamon rolls. Nightly specials may include smothered chicken, catch of the day, pork chop, stuffed shrimp, and steaks with a variety of toppings or sauces. Our evening menu also boasts great fried chicken, chicken livers, liver and onions, and a variety of seafood offerings. And Rosie’s great Steak Soup is only available on Saturday nights. Of course the famous Fredrick Inn spinach salad is available with your evening meal or at lunchtime.
Lunch Monday through Friday will give you a balanced meal from many entrees for under $ 8.00. Homemade favorites include: country fried steak, fried tenderloin, meatloaf, chicken and noodles, ham and beans, roast beef, fried chicken, tilapia, just to name a few. Vegetable beef, chicken noodle, Texas bean and twice-baked potato soup are some of the soups offered. Blackberry and peach cobbler, coconut cream pie, lemon meringue pie, and house cake are some of the favorite homemade desserts. A variety of Cheesecake Factory cheesecakes are also available. We can fix meals for carryout anytime. Ample parking makes it easy to get in and out for quick lunches.
Early birds get the bargain with smaller portions, yet also including salad bar, at reduced prices (most entrees under $ 10.00) Monday through Thursday 4 to 5:30 pm (except for major holidays).
