Ugh! If I could give Astro zero stars I would. This was my third move with Astro; the first two were great. However, they sorely fell short this time. Not only did they send my shipment across the country in two different trucks, but many items were either lost, stolen, or damaged. For example, I had the movers pack up our bedroom and our wedding rings have gone «missing». We are pretty sure they were stolen and we know which driver did the deed. We are missing appliances. Dining room and bedroom furniture was severely damaged. And worst of all, when we contacted Astro, they were rude and didn’t seem to care, since the move was completed and they have our money. Bill Comins, our salesperson, was good about contacting me up until the move, and then afterward have not heard from him. I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau but cannot more strongly emphasize to avoid Astro Movers.
