Even though we are know for our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, Éloge (Bordeaux blend) & Right Bank (Bordeaux blend), come see why our non-malolactic Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & Sauvignon Blanc have a cult following. Cheers!
History
Established in 1983.
Todd Anderson and his father Gus founded the estate in 1983. It was complete grassland when they purchased the land, but after hard labor and big dreams they successfully built a thriving winery!
Anderson’s Conn Valley Vineyards is located just east of St. Helena in the Napa Valley where Conn Creek flows out of Howell Mountain. Twenty-six acres of vineyards, divided into nine blocks, along with a fifteen acre-foot resevoir are the heart of this 40-acre grape-growing paradise. The vineyards not only enjoy Napa Valley’s superb micro-climate, but share the same Bale Loam Series as are found on the famous Rutherford Bench.
Meet the Business Owner
Todd A.
Business Owner
After graduating from University of Pacific in Stockton, CA with a degree in Geology Todd went to work for a small geophysical firm that was on the cutting edge of technology for seismic oil and gas exploration. Todd soon realized the corporate world was not for him. Although he loved the industry he was in, he continually had thoughts of the outdoors and getting back in touch with the soil. These thoughts, along with the mention from his parents of starting a «small vineyard», are what led to the creation of Anderson’s Conn Valley Vineyards.
