Established in 1974.

Rene began her quest to seek out the most fashionable, yet quality women’s clothing, shoes, accessories, jewelry and more in 1974. Today still, she is the buyer/​owner and continues on her journey to provide the Napa Valley with only the most stylish and unique quality women’s fashion.

From Toms, Old Gringos, and AGL shoes Amelia Claire has a little bet of everything for everyone! Being in the Valley for almost 26 Amelia Claire is a family owned store welcoming and a unique speciality boutique!

Owner Rene has some of the best taste in the Napa Valley – progressive, artistic, and NEVER old ladyish! I live in a mecca of shopping in Southern California and never see the things I find in her store! It is boutique shopping at its best, with a wide variety of styles and prices-don’t forget to check out the back room bargains!

Amelia Claire is a little Oasis of shopping in a style-​starved Napa Valley. I don’t necessarily LOVE it, but mostly because it’s not all my taste. I mean this in the nicest way… it’s more old ladyish.
Nevertheless, I find cute shoes and clothes here from time to time. They used to own Sole Provider in Calistoga, which I loved, but they closed it recently because of problems with their lease. I’ve noticed that they’re picking up some of the clothing items they had there, but Amelia Claire is still mostly a shoe store.
They’re closed on Saturday (religious reasons), but the people who work here are super helpful, super nice, and very accommodating. Come check them out when you’re in St. Helena– find your comfy footwear here and your «hot mama» night-​on-​the-​town footwear across the street at Foot Candy.
