St George Express

We use (unfortunately) this shuttle service all the time as my wife is an airline employee out of Las Vegas. Please read this review; as this is some of the WORST customer service you’re ever likely to read a review on. My advice: Use St. George Shuttle if you have a choice!!!
The drivers are great but the office manager, Lori, should be fired stat!!!
This is a problem because odds are she’ll be the one that takes your reservation over the phone. Or worse yet, she’ll be the one to handle customer «service» if you ever have a problem (service in quotes because the only service Lori is capable of is the worst, most rude service imaginable)…
We’ve had issues with rudeness before and dealt with it because the fares are reasonably priced. But no more! This week when my wife made and PREPAID for a reservation she was told by the self-​described office manager, Laurie, over the phone as the shuttle pulled away, «you don’t have a reservation.» She then told my wife to «shut the h_​ll up» and hung up on her.
Upon arriving in St. George my wife and I went straight to their offices to show the charge on her Visa for the prepaid reservation that supposedly was nonexistent. Upon opening the door to the office, my wife said who she was, only to get the door slammed shut on her face immediately. The office manager shouted through the door, «l’m calling the police…» (YES, THIS REALLY HAPPENED!)
My wife said «great» and waited for the police to arrive — which they did within a few minutes.
My wife explained the situation to one of the officers and showed the charge on her Visa card for the prepaid reservation. The officer went to the door of the SG Express office and showed the office manager the charge. After a minute he returned with a paper showing a refund! All this after we were told no reservation existed!!!
I’d love to hear the businesses’ side of this! Who does business like this? Charges you in advance, rudely disputes your prepaid business and then calls the police on you 30 seconds (literally 30 seconds) after you show up in person to ask for a refund?
«St. George Express shuttle, service so bad the cops will ask for your refund for you!» That should be this company’s slogan.

Crap service and even worse people own and operate this circus act. Don’t bother ever just drive ur self.

This company does the ol’ bait and switch. At the top of their website it states, «WE WILL BEAT ANY COMPETITOR’S PRICE». They will tell you the same thing on the phone, yet they do not do that. I even had a coupon from the competitor so I could confirm the price. They charged me the normal price and even though there is a difference of less than $ 30, they will not respond to my reimbursement requests. This as been going on for months and I cannot get past the gatekeepers that answer the phones to speak to a manager. I left phone messages, sent emails and even mailed a letter, but no one will respond. You would think they would want to get it resolved and «make it right». I guess not.
That is just a horrible way to do business – to say they will match competitor’s pricing to get the business, but they do not. I had a coupon for $ 19.99 one way, yet St. George Express charged me $ 34 each way. Efforts to resolve this have gotten nowhere. Do not believe them when they say they match competitor’s prices. They only say that to get the business, but don’t do it!!!

One star because the van broke down 50+ miles before St. George and didnt know about it till my sister was suppose to be there at 5:10 and didnt show. Got a call from her that they were broke down (van was over heating). She is a minor so I called the office to ask if they were sending another shuttle and the so called manager was down right rude and snippy with me. Told me that they weren’t broke down and that the drive just turned the van off in a construction zone so he WOULDN’T over heat. I called back and talked to the driver personally and they were broke down as I was told by my sister. Called the manager again and she changed her story and said a shuttle was right behind them and would pick them up shortly. 2 hrs after they broke down in 112 deg weather another bus finally showed up. Thank God for a passerby that stopped and gave ALL the passengers water. Not happy at the monent not just because of the van over hesting but the lack of empathy from the so called «manager» who didnt know anything and was rude beyond belief. She needs to not be working in customer service if she can treat paying customers that way. I will be getting a refund for the round trip tickets I paid for tomorrow. Im beyond disappointed in this business.

Really need to fix thier customer service over the phone trainning/​hiring. I was told at one point during my phone call to call another company. Yes, they are cheap but so is lauren/​laura phone rep. She was very argumentative and has zero reason to be answering a phone.

Great driver, he was very friendly as well. Can’t beat the price, and I HATE renting cars, so all in all a win for my first trip to Utah!

Wow. There have been 19! reviews filtered. Almost all of them were brand new accounts with this being their first review ever, and almost all gave a rating of 5 stars. Very suspicious. I hate that crap.

Great deal ($ 29 o/​w pp) and friendly driver. Would YOU want to drive the 100+ miles from Vegas to St G?

5 stars for the ride from Vegas to St. George, which was so comfortable that I slept 90% of the way.
3 stars for the ride from St. George to Vegas because we were packed to the gills. Just because you *can* seat 12 doesn’t mean you should. Also, I was worried sick about the driver who had to hoist luggage on the roof of the van. Someone should call OSHA on that nonsense.
Both rides were on time and the shuttle drivers were nice and safe drivers.
