I do not have a car from here but am very close to someone who bought a car from here in July. So, they advertise the whole warranty crap, right? Well, that’s all fine and dandy but they totally know the scam. My friends car has had nothing but problems since it was purchased and has had to go into the shop at least 3 times now under the«warranty.» Each time it does there is a $ 150 deductible. So, I drove it for a long time and I could tell there is a problem with the transmission, and one of the times it was taken it was for that problem, it was at the shop for a lot longer than we were told and the problem was never fixed. So, I’m pretty sure what they do is charge you the money, take it to the shop, get a «band-aid» put on it, and then keep squeezing money out of you by way of the deductible because you bringing it back is a guarantee. I know places like this serve people who don’t have tons of options when it comes to buying a car but anytime you buy a car you should always get it checked out by an unbiased mechanic/shop and then if you do have issues, take it to another TRUSTED mechanic for a diagnostic and then bring it back to Auto Gallery with a paper saying what’s wrong IF it is more than $ 150 to fix at the LEGIT shop you got the estimate from.
