We offer installation on any carpet you have, whether it’s from a yard sale or a home improvement store, or from Mr. Karpet. We treat all our customers equally. For products purchased and installed through Mr. Karpet, we offer a lifetime warranty, except in cases of neglect or conditions beyond our control. For all other installation we will guarantee for one year.

Carpet installation prices vary on the type of carpet you purchase. Once we decide on the carpet you want, we will give you an unbeatable price on the installation.

History

Established in 1982.

I began my carpet career as a carpet pander for Dave Taylor and Associates in Salt Lake City in the summer of 1984. Taylors hired a crew of young men to go in front of the carpet installers and install the carpet tack, and pad. I loved this job but that winter my family moved to St. George, Utah. A few years later I received a phone call inviting me to move back to S.L.C. to become a carpet apprentice.

Before we became a retail carpet store, we made our living repairing carpet. We still like to offer this service as not everyone has the luxury of replacing their carpet, so I started freelancing, sales, installation, and repairs. This grew into bigger and better things for me. In 2004 I opened Mr. Karpet at 267 No Bluff in St. George, UT. It only took a few years to grow out of that location, which brought me to my present location, 1083 W 1020 N St. George.
