Scheduled a specific appointment for a estimate on some body work. Arrived on time only to find I could access the place we were to meet(place of business). I called the shop number and I said I was«Out front». I thought the Dent Master owner was on site? Nope! He was someplace else in St George. I asked where the shop was? He said it was in a storage unit in the rear of the street facing, numerous business store fronts. I explained I had driven 40 miles to get the estimate and, based on other Unilocal positive reviews here, schedule the work(either as a $cash job or on plastic if no cash discount). Instead the Dent Master owner(and only employee I assume) said«everything is locked up». Oops! Guess he forget he had someone coming. I have no idea as to what was going on, here, other then this seems like a backyard garage operation(run out of a storage unit among hundreds of other storage units). In my opinion, from this one and only exposure to Dent Masters customer care(or lack thereof) I’d feel much more comfortable(secure) by paying more for a more formal auto body shop elsewhere. In this rare situation Unilocal’s reviews, steered me in the wrong direction.

I had a series of dents across 2 doors on the passenger side of my Subaru Outback, and another dent directly on the crease of the top of a fender. When I brought my car over, Rick, the owner, explained that he wouldn’t be able to get them all out completely, but he’d do his best to make them invisible to the eye. He explained the structure of the body where the dents were and how that would effect his work. When I returned to pick up the car I was amazed at what a good job he did. I couldn’t see where the dents had been. He’s honest, his work is great, and his prices are reasonable. I completely recommend going to him for dent removal you may need.

Amazing dent repair at great price. Had a 5 inch dent on trunk of rental car from las Vegas. Wanted to fix it up before turning vehicle in. Was referred to Dent Master from rocky mountain collision. Rick the owner was able to provide immediate service and quoted a price of 150 for a 2 hour job. Job took a little longer due to interference with lights but the results were amazing. Could barely tell where the repair was even though the metal had stretched due to the dent. Saved me a huge hassle with the rental. This is a low overhead shop and is set back from the street but is worth searching for to save dough and get a great result.
