Going to start by saying Donovan is amazing to work with! I am a massive cheap arse and shopped around all over comparing prices, even between the two Big O stores in town. He was pretty chill about working with prices and what I appreciated the most is that he did not try to treat me like a dumb female even though I do not know the difference between the tires-and in all reality, most men couldn’t explain the differences either. I also like that he thoroughly explained each answer to questions I had rather just saying «it’s just better.» Buying tires is never a cheap endeavor but the sting is lessened when you deal with someone who doesn’t view you simply as dollar signs!

Got charged 150 dollars for 1 tire. While replacing my one, 150 dollar tire, the Big O employees took it upon themselves to unplug all of my PSI tire sensors. So now none of them work, and every time I turn my car on now, I get 4 warnings before anything else telling me to check each on of my tire’s air pressure. It took 45 minutes to change that one, 150 dollar tire. Now I’m back in Salt Lake, with a new, 150 dollar tire, and all my PSI tire sensors unplugged. That’s fun!

Imagine a separated tire on your RV on July 4^th only 6 hours into a 14 day trip. No worries! Big O Tires comes to the rescue! Manager Ty was awesome; squeezed us in and got us safely back on the road in good time, even bringing the tires we needed from a nearby warehouse. Helpful, courteous, quality service.
