They have the rudest and most incompetent employees. I went on a Saturday to rent a car after selling my car. The employee was so obnoxious and rude. She wasn’t helpful and didn’t know what cars they had available.

Reserved a car for July 15. Arrived in the airport at 3pm, just as employee was leaving Avis. No other employee showed up for the next shift. Waited over 90 minutes and no one from Avis was able to show up, nor did they have any idea what happened to the employee that did a No Show. So my experience was not good with Avis.

I only gave 1 star because I couldn’t write a review without rating. The guy (wish I knew his name) that helped us today was rude, disrespectful & even AFTER renting I noticed he put a $ 600 hold on my account WITHOUT my consent. When I called all he did was hang up & stated «It’s not my fault, I didn’t know it would be that much, good luck!» This is the first & LAST! The worse customer service ever!!!
