If I could I’d give this place no stars. I was sent here via warranty they came out ordered part, with me calling every 2 days on where the part was and when it would be in, I was continuously told they were on a «parts hold» with the manufacturer, which was a lie because I contacted the manufacturer and they were not sure why they kept stating this(one month later still saying a parts hold) finally called manufacturer again to just tell them I was sick of this company(known for not answering/returning phone calls both from myself and manufacturer) when I called and spoke to supervisor at manufacturer, first thing she said was your dryer still isn’t fixed after almost 2 months? I said no this company keeps saying there is a parts hold… She sent me to a different company, new company came out did the assessment and within a week had the part and fixed my dryer. This place is a POS. Do whatever you can to avoid this company!

What a waste of time and money. I would not have called this company because of all the other bad reviews but unfortunately that is who my home warranty uses. My dishwasher was clearly broken. Smoking, terrible smell when running, and NOT cleaning any of our dishes. They told me nothing was wrong because there was no model number and couldn’t get parts anyway. Then they made a point to tell our home warranty company not to replace it because it wasn’t broken!

So terrible. They came out, charged $ 100 just to look at the oven and then exaggerated about the cost of a replacement oven and told us ours would cost $ 1000 to fix. I highly recommend you DON’T CALLTHEM.

We have used this company twice in recent days, but never again. We called regarding a washing machine that was displaying a failure code and asked that the tech also change the water hoses as that was a recommendation in the owners manual. On the first visit, the tech jiggled a connector and ran a rinse cycle. He left without installing the water hoses because he said he had only one. Shortly after he left, we attempted to use the washer and experienced the same failure code. He came back almost a week later and installed the water hoses, fiddled with the connector, ran the rinse cycle. We were charged for two visits even thought showing up without two water hoses was their fault. By the way, the washer is still not working. My assessment is that we got someone who has little or no training and has no trouble shooting skills. The second visit was their dedicated team to clean out the dryer exhaust system. Ours vents to the roof. They did clean the exhaust system but in the process they destroyed the vent cap. They didn’t mention it at the time. I noticed the problem one rainy day and I had a lovely time installing a replacement in the rain.

I called this company to repair a non-working ice maker in my home fridge. The tech showed up on time and was friendly. He diagnosed the problem within about 10 minutes and told me that no parts would be required because the problem was a frozen tube that just needed to be thawed. He pulled apart the back of the fridge and thawed the blockage with a steamer, then put it back together. He also cleaned up some water under the fridge that had leaked out. I was charged $ 79.63 after applying a coupon from the Dixie Direct book. He charged me for labor even though the repair only took about 30 minutes. This surprised me so I asked how long a house call is and he said 15 minutes. Most service companies I’ve worked with charge one flat rate for a 60-minute house call, and then start billing for labor after that. So, I’m satisfied, but probably will call around to some other services next time I need appliance repair.
