We hired Precision to lay flooring and part of our granite, plus supply the tile for master bath. Their products are good, we really like our floors and get lots of compliments on it. His help was very professional and arrived when scheduled. However we did have issues with getting the owner to return calls and answer messages left at the store/​office, to get our project on their schedule. Our total project was held up because of communication, or lack of, on his part. Also, upon contracting be sure to get a written quote, we didn’t and it cost us more than budgeted.
