The help we have received the past two days have been by far the most helpful and the sales representatives are actually polite and have gone out of their way to make sure our problems were corrected.
We went in wanting to upgrade 2 phone lines, improve connectivity and lower cell phone bill.
We left with 2 iPhones, a tablet, double data that we came in with and a cell phone bill $ 50 cheaper than what we were paying for prior.
In addition, for the two accessories that were purchased we received $ 10 off both.
Both sales representatives were very informative, helpful and courteous.
I recommend Luis Garcia and Sandy Addo. Luis helped us last night and then again today when we transferred over an old phone to an iPhone 5.
