So I broke down on the way to work. I found Andy’s right here on Unilocal.I read the reviews, and off to Andy’s I went.
My vehicle was diagnosed and repaired as promised. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the old parts were on display for me to inspect. There was one part that was quoted, but not installed. The bill was lower than I was quoted and the parts have a 2 year warranty. I’m very happy to recommend Andy’s. There was no up selling or hassle.

I have been going to Andys for quite sometime now and every time I go in they treat me with the upmost respect and I always have the best care! They are the most trustworthy mechanics I have ever met. They tell me what’s wrong with my car and then tell me what needs to be done right away and what can wait. And I absolutely love that.
Also there has been a review that was deleted from a friend of mine and so I thought that it needed to be heard as well «I’m a local pastor and a a 20 year + customer of Andy’s Auto. I was shocked by one of the reviews I saw in Unilocal,and I’m disagreeing totally. Andy and Grant are truly honest, they work with you, they don’t recommend unnecessary work, and they always go the extra mile. I have recommended them often, and everyone I’ve sent there has become a regular customer for the same reasons. I don’t go online to write reviews very often, but I really believe the previous review was a wrong that needed to be challenged.»

I was visiting FL and I am from Maryland. My brake pad wear light came on and I had to find a place to get my car fixed the day before a holiday weekend. I have a Mercedes E350 and I have only had my car serviced at the dealer. I am very particular about where I get my car fixed. After calling 3 other places I had my car fixed at Andys. I was given a reasonable price and the mechanic took time to explain why I also needed rotors. I double checked what I was told by Andy’s with a friend of mine. My car was ready when promised and even though I didn’t ask to see my old brake pads and rotors the mechanic showed them to me. They also fixed (at no cost) my windshield wiper that wasn’t working. If I am in FL again and need car work I will definitely go back to Andy’s.

I have been taking my 2001 Tahoe to Andy’s ever since moving to St. Cloud in 2005. Hands down the best service, skill and price. Andy, Grant and Carol are truly wonderful people. Loyal customer here.

One oftentimes hears horror stories about unethical mechanics and hopes and prays they never have a story to tell of their own. I wish I could say that I had no stories about such individuals, but today, sadly, I have one. Andy’s Auto on Pennsylvania is to be avoided unless you enjoy being misled into believing catastrophically expensive things are wrong with your vehicle when it’s a simple fix. We used them for years and trusted them. NO MORE. They charged us $ 88 just to LOOK at our vehicle! We brought it in for a tune-​up, but they did NOT do one– all they did was try to sell us a NEW ENGINE. Granted, our vehicle has high mileage, but this is the SAME vehicle they evaluated for us prior to purchasing it a year ago and assured us that it was a good vehicle and that we should go forward with the purchase. This week, they claimed one of the six cylinders were warped and that we needed a new engine, hence, the $ 4500-​$ 5900 written estimate. There was NO WAY Andy or his team could have determined that without taking out the engine which they did not! We ended up bringing the vehicle to St. Cloud Auto Salvage. They confirmed that there was nothing catastrophically wrong with it and that all it needed was a tune-​up! BEWARE!
