History

Established in 1998.

Two college friends, Dan DiZio and Len Lehman decided that the world of finance was not fullfilling enough. So in 1998 both Dan and Len embarked on what would soon be a legendary «snacks to riches» story. They opened their first store in the Mayfair section of Philadelphia and worked tirelessly to fullfill the demand for their real fresh baked soft pretzels. The demand was so high that they were taking them directly «Hot Outta the Oven» and serving them to waiting customers. This was the begining of a legendary soft pretzel that was true to its’ Philly hertitage. Fast forward to today and there are over 100+ Philly Pretzel Factory stores in 7 states churning out Real Pretzels Hot Outta the Oven!
