Great food! The fries are exquisitely fantastical, and the great gibby Burger is definitely a toilet clogger! It’s huge! Bigger than a basketball!
And the barbecue Burger is amazing! Worth every penny!

Gibbys has awesome food! Great wings and my favorite is the Gibbys Special Salad.
It’s your bar type atmosphere. Seems to be clean. However, the one reason I usually avoid this place is because of the service. I’ve experienced this more than once and have complained to management. Today, I decided to go for lunch with a girlfriend. Again, the salad was AMAZING but the service was horrible. This was around 3pm and they were not very busy. I hesitated to ask for extras of anything because of the horrible attitude from the waitress :(
All in all I would recommend Gibbys if you can look past the service!

Ive only order delivery so far and each experience has been pleasant. The wait time we were told has been accurate, kind employees thus far, and ridiculously good food. The seafood pizza is honestly the best pizza I’ve had. The wings and breaded mushrooms are awesome too. Definitely recommend it to people.

Lasagna,
layers of noodles, our rich meat sauce and three cheeses. It said.
Rich was right, I couldn’t resist trying the lasagna. but the cheese just didnt give it a very Italian taste.
The Tornado burger,
Marinated lean ground beef, loaded with jalapenos, onion rings, and provolone cheese.
tornado burger was a great choice little spicy but I really did enjoy the burger.
The largest take out drink a 16 ounce ounces the fries from the burger were decent. But not good the next day.

Oh Gibbys… we love you because you are close to our house, but they can’t get their stuff together lately! Normally if we are rushed for dinner (or just feeling lazy), the H will order wings either to go or delivery with a side salad. He ordered 2 pounds of wings recently (yes, he can eat a lot…) and after he got home from picking them up, he realized there were only two ranch sauces (he asked for extra) and he was charged for both dressings. Seriously? What place makes you pay for two pounds of wings and will not give you dressing to dip on the side??? Craziness. So I call to ask and the manager told me they should include two dressings at no charge, so he was nice enough to give us a free pound of wings next time we ordered. Very nice, I appreciate that. However, the next time we order, we get delivery. Two pounds of wings and salad, with extra dressings. After the delivery guy leaves and we open everything up… NO DRESSINGS. It was just frustrating after the previous visit. They came back and brought some back, but it has just been a hassle with them lately. The wings were just ok this time, the H said there was lots of chewy fat, which is never good. We like you Gibbys, but pull it together!

Not greeted at the door, was told to sit at a clean table that I could find, one server was working which in turn left tables waiting, mine included, waited quite a while for two burgers, décor was off, things randomly placed everywhere, food was ok, had a burger, charred a bit, but not terrible… overall bad experience…

New location in Eureka, which is the one I am reviewing.
We have been in twice: the first time was within the first week of opening. It was packed and the wait for seating and food was on the longer side — but that was to be expected.
I ordered one of their marinated burgers with fries. Yum! I was hooked right there.
The second time we went, it was mid-​afternoon — no wait time. I really would like to try their pizza (love, love, love St. Louis style pizza!), but I liked my first burger so much, I ordered another. Maybe soon we’ll check out the pizza.
Staff is super nice, too.
