Universal Limousine & Private Car

I scheduled a pick up to O’Hare from Chicago for a 6:50 am flight. I was told I would be picked up at 3:30 am. I recieved an email confirmation of arrangements and No One Showed up at 3:30am, 3:45 am or 4:10. I called repeatedly and left message because no one answered– only a recording «they were busy helping others customers». Furthermore no one returned my calls, sent text or sent email that they were going to be late or not going to honor the commitment. When I landed for the connecting flight at 9:00 a. m I called and spoke to Carly and she alleged to not know anything about my pick up !
My suggestion «Be Careful with this organization» — something is very wrong for Universal Limousine and Private Car to confirm a pickup but not honor it !!
