Mike and Mike and great. The selection is prime and if they don’t have it, they will order it for you. The wine club and tasting events are perfect and well worth the 25/​single or 50/​couple on an annual basis.

Mike doesn’t sell wine, he loves wine and lets you take some home with you.
We wandered in here one night to get a bottle as an after dinner delight and ran into a wine tasting. Winning!
After a good amount of sampling and talking with some really fun people we left with a bottle or two. Months later my GF called here with the following request. «We were at the wine tasting and you sold out of a few wines we wanted to buy. I can tell you what tables they were at but don’t remember the names.» Mike was really resourceful, helped her find them over the phone, put them off to the side and helped her when she picked them up.

What a great place! I learned about The Wine Exchange through paper about the Geneva area and sent my boyfriend info from The Wine Exchange’s website. I was so impressed that a membership is only $ 50 for 2 people /​year for wine tastings every Friday and Saturday! We visited to determine if it was really something we were interested (don’t like to surround ourselves with smug people) and instantly decided we should join. We’ve went to about 4 wine tastings since! Always very sweet people to chat with about wine and some great wines to taste. We typically purchase one wine we try each time so our bar is becoming more complete.

What a great find! This place has some terrific wine but the best may be their wine club. Friday and Saturday’s members can come in for tastings. They have some big events throughout the year but the weekly ones are a great way to get together with friends and sample wine. Mike is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around. Definitely check this place out if you are in St Charles!

This Wine Shop hosts over 300 types of vino from all over the world. Mike, the owner is very knowledgable and can assist the wine novice and enthusiast with selecting just the right varietal and vintage for whatever the occasion. Price range varies from a $ 9-​$ 150+
My husband and I have been members of the Wine Exchange Wine Club for 2 or so years now. It only costs $ 40 annually for a couple, and $ 25 per person. The membership includes free admission into monthly wine tasting events (including an occasional premium and black tie tasting), 10% off all store purchases. As I do not consider myself a «wine snob» I found the tastings very inviting and limited in pretintiousness. Tastings have made for educational and entertaining experiences on a Friday or Saturday evening.
Since Sage Bistro shares ownership, wine tastings include samplings of their menu offerings. It is always a treat to follow a tasting with dinner at Sage!
