R. Spencer Schools mission is to strengthen communities through comprehensive, integrated educational programs specific to the needs of disadvantaged young people. We intend to develop and implement innovative programs that will afford youth the opportunity to demonstrate:

1) Increased success and achievement in school,

2) Increased leadership and accountability,

3) Improved community awareness and civic engagement, and

4) Improved physical, social, and emotional well-​being.

We exist to help youth realize their full potential, gain self-​love and self-​worth, and maximize their strengths. Our vision is that youth will develop into caring, capable adults equipped with the essential tools to overcome lifes numerous barriers.
