History

Established in 1982.

Dr. Kolinski began practicing periodontics in 1980 in Oakbrook, Illinois. In 1982, Dr. Kolinski started his private practice in St. Charles, Illinois with an emphasis in Dental Implantology. A couple of years later, Dr. Kolinski opened a second office in DeKalb, Illinois which he sold in 1997.

In 2002, Dr. Kolinski expanded and remodeled his St. Charles office site equipping it with the latest technology to support his dental implant and periodontal practice. Dr. Kolinski has placed over 14,000 implants during his twenty-​five years in practice.

In 2007, Dr. Kolinski added an associate, Tricia R. Crosby, D.D.S., M.S. to his practice. In 2010, Dr. Crosby became Dr. Kolinski’s partner.

In 2015, Dr. William R. Trahan joined the practice. Dr. Trahan attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston. He then attended Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia where he received his Certificate in Periodontics and a Master of Science in Dentistry degree.

Business Owner

Dr. Tricia Crosby attended the University of Illinois College of Dentistry, where she graduated cum laude in 2004. Following her general dental training, Dr. Crosby completed a three-​year post-​graduate residency program in Periodontics at the University of Illinois, where she served as Chief Resident for two years. In addition to her speciality training, Dr. Crosby also earned a Master Of Science (MS) degree in Oral Sciences.

She is an elected member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society and is actively involved in numerous professional organizations including the American Academy of Periodontology, American Academy of Osseointegration, American Dental Association, Midwest Society of Periodontology, and the Illinois Society of Periodontists.

Dr. Crosby continues to serve as a Clinical Assistant Professor and adjunct lecturer at the University of Illinois College of Dentistry.
