I will NEVER try to go here again. I went here a few months back with my younger sisters and all needed to get our nails done. It was 7:40 and we did not realize they closed at 8pm. We apologized and said we would come back the next day, they insisted that it was fine and we stay, so we did. They proceeded to completely rush through all of our nails, vaccines while we were still there right under our feet, and made us pay before they were finished because it had to be rang in by 8. Now, for the 3rd time I have gone here and told it would be 10 – 15 minutes, only to wait for 40 minutes and having several people come in after me and get started before me(without appointments).

This is the worst salon I’ve ever been to. Lannie refused to put a new set on my old nails even though they needed one. She just glued them together. They cracked a couple weeks later. Came back paid for her to fix it did the same thing and the next day it broke off and when I came back to have her fix this she wanted to have me wait an hour to fix one nail and charge me again. Very unprofessional very rude. I will take my business elsewhere.

They were very clean and friendly. My nails and feet look really good. It was my first time going and I will be back.

I have tried other nail salons in the area, but I always go back to Liz Nails. It’s a pleasant atmosphere and the prices are good. There is a pedicure menu ranging from $ 21 to $ 45. A fill is $ 16. If gel nails are your thing you will be pleased with the selection of colors. I never feel rushed or like I don’t want to be dealt with. They often try to up-sell but it isn’t aggressive. Walk-ins are welcome and there is a comfortable waiting area and plenty of magazines if there’s a wait.

I’ve been back a few more times and seem to have left with issues each time. One time there was fuzz in my polish and they simply painted over. I was so shocked I was speechless. Probably won’t be back. :(

The salon is nice and well staffed. The friends in my large group seemed happy with their manis and pedis but I was disappointed with the service and my pedicure. The water in the foot soak was cold. After the pedicure was finished, most of my toes needed another coat because the polish was thin and uneven in spots. The technician seemed annoyed and kept blaming it on the low-quality polish. Last negative was that I found the prices high. Maybe I’m spoiled by LA prices, but I can get a spa mani/pedi for about the same price as I paid for just the pedicure here. One thing I did appreciate is that shortly after leaving the salon, someone stepped on my foot and chipped my polish. I went back and the same nail technician fixed it at no charge, didn’t even want my extra tip.

I’ve been going to Liz Nails for about six years, and have never been disappointed. I took my daughters there today for manis and pedis before a baby shower. They were so nice and we had a great«girls day out.» The prices are very inexpensive, and the polish lasts for a long time. The only negative is that they are very popular. I would suggest making an appointment, as they take appointment people before walk-ins. They always have time for walk-ins, but you might have to wait a bit longer. They actually remodeled a while back, so it’s not just a strip mall shop with bare walls and pictures of fingernails. It’s very nicely decorated and a pleasant place to have your nails done.

Three words… What. The. HELL. I usually do my nail polish myself because I have an at-home gel kit I adore. Only problem is when it grows out, it is so time consuming to take the polish off. I figure I deserved a treat so I would get the gel removed from my nails and also get a pedicure. The interior of the place is beautiful. I was sat with a lady who was very sweet, although she accidentally left the water running in the tub and overflowed, getting on my purse. Bad start to a bad experience. First, she takes polish(not gel, regular) off my toes very poorly still leaving a ton of old polish behind. Then, my toe nails were hacked away. Some are long, some are short. When she painted them, I almost asked if it was a joke. The polish looks like a little kid painted them. WORSTPART was when it came to getting my gel removed from my nails, she dipped my nails in acetone for about 30 seconds then started peeling it away, taking most of my nail with it! Chunks of my nail were ripped off and they were paper thin afterwards. I had to cut them down to the brim! Mind you, had I just done it myself, there would have been NO damage to my nails and I wouldn’t have to redo the polish on my toes. Forty bucks wasted… all I can do now is warn people NOT to go to this place.
