History

Established in 2002.

St Charles based Learning Ascent Tutoring Corporation was founded in 2002 to offer better tutoring solutions. Our tutors have helped hundreds of students in St Charles and nearby communities. We make it easy for busy parents to find custom, professional tutoring for their children.

Learning Ascent tutors know and work with local school district curricula. Familiarity with the curriculum allows tutors to identify and correct the root of problems. We can even help your child to better comprehend and complete homework assignments. Our tutors use ACT test prep resources designed specifically for local students.

Big tutoring chains place students into «canned» systems to make tutoring easy for the tutors. Parents must pay for expensive diagnostic tests that are only necessary to «place» or «fit» the student into their existing system. The systems do not integrate with local school curriculums and the student winds up with more work – over and above normal school work.
