I visited Kar Tech after a friend recommended them as being a place that is honest and does great work. After going there this past month, I could not agree more.
Randy and his crew are top notch! I took my car there for a state inspection knowing there was something wrong with my exhaust, but I was not sure what. After being screwed over by the last couple of places I went to, I was real nervous what they would find. Well, nothing to worry about here because Kar Tech is an honest group of guys.
He told me what was wrong, fixed it that day for me and charged what I thought was a reasonable price. Not only that but the only thing that didn’t pass on the inspection was the one thing I knew had problems… the exhaust. Mechanics always find little things wrong and not pass you because they make no money off inspections unless they need to fix something.
After my last couple of experiences in St Charles, I no longer had any trust in mechanics. After my visit to Kar Tech though, I can with great certainty say I will go back to them for all my work, big or small.
