Famous Chicken… only before 6P? No hot prepared food, baked beans were the consistancy of paste, Microwave didn’t work so we got a chicken leg gratis because everything else was cold or out of stock.

Another disappointment from this location. Tried to buy yard waste sticker at 9:07. Apparently the service desk closes at 9 although there were two people there. So I asked can I buy them at the checkout. Nope. Only here and we are closed. I use to love this store but find the customer service just isnt what it use to be. It took them a week to call me back about the availability of a yogurt we buy that they always seem to be out of. We wanted to know what day to shop to be able to get it. So they give me a day and we go and of course it’s not in the case and there’s no one in dairy to ask. We are finding several things we buy no longer available. Very frustrating.

This Dierbergs has the slowest deli service out of every store I have been to. I waited 10 minutes while 5 people did everything behind the counter except help customers. I go to this store every week and its the same terrible deli service. Because of this, I know go to the other store across the street.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is clean as a whistle. It’s a Dierberg’s and they have worked hard for their reputation. Not problems here.

Today was my first time in a Dierbergs. I’ve been in Missouri for 4+ years. I don’t know what took me so long! I’m usually a Schnucks girl but no more! This Dierbergs was huge! Unfortunately I only had 15 minutes to get my shopping done, so I was running around like a mad woman, but it seemed like everywhere I looked there was MORESTUFF! The produce all looked great(except the rotton Avocados) They have a fantastic meat section! Ahhh. I wish I had more time to explore. I have heard about Dierbergs cooking classes and seeing it today, I’m kind of inspired to sign up for a class. I will be back :)

I have been going to the Zumbehl Dierberg’s for over 20 years, and I have always had a great experience. They have a wide variety of items, the store is not full of junk, and the people are very, very friendly. Dierberg’s at Zumbehl has a cooking school that is excellent. We’ve taken several classes there with restaurant chefs, and they are always enjoyable and entertaining.

Great store. I come here for all of my shopping needs… or at least 95% of them anyway. Sometimes there is the occasional item I want from TJ’s or WF that I just cannot find at Dierberg’s. But that’s usually pretty rare. I like this store because all of the workers here are really friendly and will go out of their way to help me find something. Sometimes they will even walk me to the aisle where the item is located to make sure that I find it. The fish and meat here is always really fresh. The store is clean. It can be expensive but I’m willing to pay a bit more so long as I don’t have to go to the grungy Schnucks near Lindenwood, lol.

Clean great service so many choices to choose from. Shopping carts up front, and inside. The deli was awesome, and the vegetable section was so filled with greens, and colors of every color.

Family owned. Higher end produce without paying higher end pricing. Great customer service. Wide selection of health food section. Great location.

I am a regular at this store because it covers all my needs. I love their huge selection on everything, including many great organic and earth friendly offerings. My husband loves their fresh sushi bar and my dad loves the olive bar, I love the variety. I only wish they had a little bit better meat department. I would agree with @Jackie W.‘s review, they do have great pre-made take out, my household like the sub sandwiches and fried chicken. I also love the employees, they are always friendly and repeatedly helpful. Keep up the good work.

My friend and I work in the Earth City business park and we go to this Dierbergs location at least twice a month for lunch. I’m not sure if all Dierbergs have a dine-in area, but they make great lunch spots for eating all of the awesome home cooked food you can get at their deli and sushi bars! We like it because Dierbergs deli has a great selection of real food that you can get small portions of and either have them heat it up or you can take it to the little lunch area and heat it up yourself. Most of the time we get either sushi or the baked chicken dinner which for 6 bucks gets you a chicken breast and leg, plus two sides and a dinner roll! Today we opted out of the sushi and went for the chicken as you can see by my before and after pics. Sometimes we get yummy desserts from the deli too. Another reason we really like to eat in the store is because it seems like a place that older people, blue collar workers and stay at home mom’s like to also have their lunch. Its nice to get out of the office cafeteria and be around something other than your working class lunch crowd at all of the traditional lunch hour spots. It’s more like sitting down at a dinner table and taking it easy over some good home cooking. One time we’ll always remember is when a cute little old man started talking to us as we were getting ready to leave, asking us where we worked and so forth. We told him we worked at a health and medical sciences book publisher and he asked me, oh so you’re not a nurse then? I told him no, he looked sad for a second and said, Oh I was hoping that you’d check me out and see if i’m healthy, then with a wink and a chuckle, he sent us on our way.
