Scheduled an appointment and worked my whole day around their «window» arrival time. While changing my son’s diaper my phone was ringing. It was them. Called them right back but nobody answered. Called back again and the plumber told me since I wasn’t home he re-​routed and would not be able to get to me until about 4:30 or so. They were supposed to be at my house between 12 – 3. I said that was a little late, but call me when your done, if we had to reschedule we would… no call ever came. If this was my employee I would be livid! Not the way to treat a customer.

Called Bob Dorr Plumbing after asking my neighbors for a recommendation. The response: most of the people on this block have been using Bob Dorr for many years. Very happy I did so. Bob came out and assessed my situation, and gave me an estimate. The next day his plumber was at my house to do the work. The entire experience was very positive. Most importantly, I could tell I was dealing with honest people. Can’t say enough about that. Will definitely use this company again, and highly recommend them.

I contacted them after three separate friends recommended them. They all have had good interaction with this company. I called and had them install a new water heater. They did a great job and were very professional. The water heater works well. I would recommend them to anyone.
