What an unbelievably lousy experience!!! We just bought a house in Wildwood. As part of the deal we had the previous owner use the repair outfit of their choice to fix an issue with the Jenn-Air oven. I don’t know why but they chose this company. The part they installed turned out to be defective within a couple of days and right before closing… thus I inherited the pain of dealing with this firm. Specific problems encountered were as follows: 1. Absolutely lousy communication 2. Unreasonably long wait time for parts 3. Repetitive adjustments to the delivery time for parts 4. Complete lack of accommodation for our schedule for installation of parts 5. Refusal to create an arrival window for the service person that was more precise than a 4-hour window 6. Refusal to create a back-up appointment in the event their lackadaisical approach to scheduling resulted in a missed appointment 7. The repairman tracked mud into the house and across both marble and hardwood floors — apparently because he either brought it from his last call or walked across my lawn instead of using the sidewalk. No offer to clean it up. From my perspective, if you install a defective part you need to bend over backwards to make the customer happy. You did the work — you own the job from start to finish. This approach represents the polar opposite of my experience with this company. In short, I will never allow this company to darken my doorstep again!
