ARMS Radon Mitigation Service is licensed and fully insured company, (workers compensation and liability), serving the northern Illinois area.
Homes with basements, crawl spaces, slabs or a combination of foundations have had a 100% success rate in lowering the radon level and all under and expertise of founder and president, Wayne Westman.
*Wayne is licensed through the Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) Division of Nuclear Safety, license# RNM2001200 and is a member of the American Association of Radon Scientist and Technologist (AARST) local and national.
All active systems installed will carry a 5-year guarantee that radon levels will not go above 4.0 pCi/l. The life expectency of these fans is 8−11+
All systems also come with a 5-year warranty that will cover all components of the system as well as workmanship.
Upon sale of house, the guarantee and warranty automatically transfer to the new owners.

Business Owner
Wayne is a graduate of Northeastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology.
He is a retired Firefighter/Paramedic after working 30 years full time for Addison Fire Protection District #1. Among other services of the fire department, he served on the Hazmat, Technical Rescue, and Rescue Scuba teams.
Wayne and his wife of 31 years live in St. Charles. They have 4 daughters and 1 granddaughter.
Wayne enjoys staying active by participating in volleyball, wallyball, swimming, and underwater hockey.
