History

Established in 1977.

The company was founded by Clyde and Lorna Hasty. Their goal was to provide excellent service and product selection to St. Augustine. This was one of many business ventures they had over the years. In 1984 Dominic Mercurio purchased the business from them. Originally on historic San Marco Ave, we moved to our current location in 1994. Dominic purchased Hasty’s Carpet & Flooring in 1984 at the age of 23.

He has managed the business ever since. Married for over 29 years with one son.
