Not impressed at all. The prices were very reasonable for the material and install so we went ahead and purchased tile for our kitchen and bathrooms. The company subs out the install work to guys with minimal skill. They totally over estimated the sq footage of the tile (we measured twice and provided diagrams for them) and made us purchase their estimated amount. We were told we could return whatever material was left over. Several boxes of tile were broken or broke by the installers. The install company didn’t pattern the tile correctly. It was a wood grain style tile which required staggering. The pattern they attempted to complete wasn’t even aligned properly. The grouting was terrible, my husband had to redo it. They made a terrible mess in our house, trash and food containers everywhere each day, not a way to leave a customers house. In the end, pretty sure the installers stole some of the left over grout and tile as we did not get much money back. Really disappointed. Not professional at all. If you can install yourself, go for it. Otherwise, stay far away.
