I’ve been to several locations in the past month both stores were out of stock when it came to replacement parts for my Q-15 Noise Cancelling Head Phones. They both offered to sell me new headphones which I don’t need and informed me that the official Bose Website also does not offer replacement parts so my choice were I could have them order the parts or I could order them directly from tech support, which I decided to do. The parts arrived next day delivery for an additional $ 15 dollars and now my aging head phones are as good as new. New Factory Cord — $ 15 New(2) Piece Set Foam Ear Pads — $ 35 Over Night Shopping $ 15(7 – 10 Ground Shipping Free) Total Investment — $ 65 plus tax My issue with the Bose Factory Store is they weren’t very interested in resolving my issues but we’re very willing to sell me a new set for $ 299 so unless you want to purchase something new save yourself a trip and call tech support for replacement parts total savings — $ 234

I just purchased the QC15 headphones on Friday. I can’t wait to test them out on my flight back to NYC tomorrow! I was debating if I should purchase new headphones for $ 299 or save $ 50 with the factory refurbished headphones for $ 249. Ken the clerk at the store assured me that if I do not like the refurbished headphones that I can return them within 30 days to the Bose retail store in Manhattan for a refund even though these are from the Factory Outlet!

My hubby’s noise cancelling headphones that he travels with were broken. We took them back to the Bose factory outlet store and for less than $ 98 we were able to replace them with a new set with new case and the all important adaptor for airplane headphones. Replaced! No questions asked! AWESOME!
