Tank Goodness

Called in AM, no answer. Went to website and clicked on «order cookies now» which brings you to their locations but you cannot place an order online from anywhere at this site (
). At the locations page, you can click on «Twin Cities» which brings you to
– but again, there is no link or directive to get you to an online order form. So, I emailed the
email asking if they could deliver cookies on the same day. I wasn’t receiving a response so I called again and again there was not an answer. On their voice mail, they indicate you can order online by going to
. Good to know! But, only your callers are getting that message — There is no link to this site from
or from your FB page. So, unless you call, you are not aware of this.
I thought I successfully placed an order online and received an email confirmation of this order. Two hours after my initial email and only a few minutes after my online order went through, I received a response to my initial email inquiry that they cannot fulfill the order. I responded and offered to pay more to get it done — they said no (have you ever heard of a courier? I would have paid at the least another $ 20 to get these delivered on my husband’s birthday). I get that I didn’t order timely and I’m asking for same day service… waiting two hours for a negative reply is not appropriate. Cut the bait so I can still get my husband’s birthday cookies out today using another service!
If I hadn’t sent the email, when would I have received word that my «successful online order» wasn’t going to be fulfilled?
What is crazy to me is this: you have a new customer that is willing to pay MORE for the product and it is turned away. Why wouldn’t you go the extra mile and make it happen? Life is busy, the weather is cold and your business is booming. Offering to order my husband’s birthday cookies two days after his birthday obviously doesn’t work. You could have charged me $ 50 more, pocketed $ 20-​$ 30 and paid a courier. You wouldn’t believe what people are willing to do to make something happen on the actual day it needs to happen on. Take advantage!
Cookie Cart took my order at 12:45 PM and is delivering no later than 2, using a courier… For no added cost. I still would have preferred Tank Goodness based on reviews.
Poor communication at website (no link to ordering online until you call the phone number), nobody answers the phone, and you don’t care to make any more money that what you charge. Boo.

I received a delivery from Tank Goodness from a previous client of mine as a thank you gift. What a lovely gift! First off, the cookies were still warm when they arrived! They were really yummy too!
I received a full dozen, which was great because I work in a big office, so it was great to share. Everyone in the office was VERY jealous!
I will definitely be utilizing this service in the future for when I need to send a thank you for a job well done.

Wow this place is the best! What a great concept they started and the cookies are absoultely amazing! It is so great to see such a great local family run company create such a great business model and they deliver terrific results that taste great. The Tank Family is so nice and appreciate your business so much.
Great idea for surprising people for birthdays, anniversaries, new baby, new house, or a thank you for someone special.

Tank Goodness has great cookies! They’re delivered warm and they’re the perfect combination of melty and chewy. And the option to add a half gallon of milk is perfect! I’ve used them a few times for co-​workers birthdays or anniversaries. They’re always friendly and cheerful which is how employees at a cookie company should be, ya know? Only sticking point for me is that you have to order a minimum of 2 dozen and they are $ 21+tax per dozen. But I love them so much that I the price isn’t going to deter me!

Who would want flowers delievered when you can get warm chocalate chip cookies delievered? WARM COOKIES. And the cookies are amazing, so good. I’ve only had them sent to me once, but it made my day and my coworkers day. You have to order 2 dozen a trip, who knew, that wont deliever 1 cookie, but it’s no more expensive than having flower’s deleivered. excellent service and excellent product. If your signfigant other is having a tough @ work, send them a batch of cookies (and milk)

A bit salty, but if you get them when they are warm (which means, right when they are delivered) they are great.
But then again, I hate a hard cookie, you?

This family run company bakes and delivers wonderful oatmeal chocolate chip cookies direct from their oven. They are delivered in the Mini Cooper with the company name on it, and they come in pizza-​like boxes kept warm in a delivery bag. I sent two dozen to my wife at work and made her the hero as she shared them with her co-​workers. They even delivered the milk to go with them.
This is a really great alternative to flowers and cards. At this point they accept cash and checks, no credit cards, but they will bill you afterward via email so you can send the check then. Check it out, it is well worth the cost!
