last friday(02/12/2016) 10:30am I arrived at the St Ann location and was the only customer in line and asked if lunch was being served and the cashier/manager said yes, I ordered two S.W. chicken tacos & one bean & cheese burrito to go, paid for the order then stepped aside to wait, out of the blue came a crowd of last minute breakfast customers with coupons placing there orders. It didnt take long for me to realize they were all getting what they had ordered right away, and when I asked(10:45am) the cashier/manager why my order was being delayed he stated I would have to wait because it was still breakfast time but my order would be right up as soon as they got done serving the breakfast customers I finally got my order at 10:50am with no apology other than being told I should learn to control my temper that was getting short because I was dumb enough to think by stopping at Hardees I could be served in a timely manner and get to work on time

Terrible experiences here. Once sat at drive-thru for ten minutes, no one came on the speaker. Went inside, the manager told me he was too busy to pay attention to the drive-thru. Another time, got stuck in the drive-thru for 45 minutes, was told by the guy that gave me food that he was new and«trying to make sure he did everything right». They have rude employees who seem to enjoy making you not understand a word they’re saying. The sausage is always burnt to hockey pucks. The biscuits are under-cooked. They’ll park you in drive-thru, then act like they’re angry that they have to bring your food to you.

If it were possible to give a negative number of stars I would! My husband and I went here for breakfast today, a sunday, and waited 20 minutes while the staff cleared the dining room of orders before ours AND after. Then looked at my husband like he was crazy that we hadn’t gotten our food yet. What made it ever worse, the shift manager was ON the back line cooking and when she heard my husband complain she went to the freezer! Didn’t even offer an apology or anything. Needless to say I know our business doesn’t make or break this company but I can assure you NOONE I know will be eating at this location, let alone this company again.
