Don Ferris of home theater hero is a great choice for quality home theater installation. I chose to go with him because he’s very reasonable on labor prices, knowledgeable and doesn’t push his products on you. He completed my setup in about six hours and it looks fantastic. What a great experience working with Don Ferris of Home Theater Hero and Tech Mobile Genius. We purchased a home south of Tucson and wanted a little more than a «tv on a wall mount».
With Pandora, Smart TV’s and streaming there are so many options, all constantly changing. We were pretty much in the dark about the best way to achieve our goals. We went the Best Buy/​Geek Squad route, but found the experience less than helpful. It was all about selling product… theirs.
I called the local Radio Shack and got a high endorsement for Don Ferris. What a find. Conscientious, on time for appointments and willing to put in the work combining new components and some used components we hoped to use.
Don will sell some of his own well vetted components, or will work with you on your existing electronics. There is no pressure to buy his stuff.
For much less than the Best Buy/​Geek squad pricing, Don accomplished our goal of an up to date system that works perfectly for us. Great service with a name and a face backing his work, not corporate employees with endless policies. Don makes it work.
