Room was priced well — especially for what we got. The hotel and room were both beautiful and seemed to have more space than a typical room. The general manager was also amazing and super willing to accommodate our late check-​out request when we were obviously scrambling. Would definitely stay here any time I’m in the area.

Beautiful hotel that is quiet. Good Wi-​fi, pleasant staff overall a very good experience. The only negative I have is the breakfast options. They had a sign posted for options like blueberry muffins and cinnamon raisin bagels but in those places were English muffins. Yes this is a little complaint but I would have loved a blueberry muffin. Otherwise, this hotel is great. The fitness center is nice and during our stay wasn’t utilized much. I would stay at this hotel again.

Second time that I’ve stayed here. Beautiful hotel. Very clean and well decorated. The staff is extremely friendly and available. The rooms really make you feel at home.

Marlena L.‘s review was spot on. This is a very nice place «visually». Also, the staff was professional and friendly. The problem is that the hotel is EXTREMELY noisy and you can hear EVERYTHING around you at all hours of the night due to the «thin» walls. I stayed here on a business trip and it was honestly the worst night of sleep I have ever experienced. To make things worse, when the cleaning staff starts making their rounds at 8AM they slam every door open and closed. I would have given it two but to top off my awful experience the power went out for about 3 hours right when I checked in and it was pitch black in the entire hotel and parking lot. No rewards points offer, no discount offered, just a flashlight:(

We absolutely loved this place. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Beautiful, clean lobby. Nice breakfast of oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, bacon and more. The rooms were spacious and comfortable-​just fantastic. Modern décor with many comforts — couch, desk, glass door walk in shower, good bathroom lighting, private toilet, comfortable bed and pillows. Highly recommend. My only complaint would be that the hotel next door had bright outdoor lights on all night that our drapes could not block out entirely.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! We stayed here for our wedding, as well as al of our out-​of-​town guests. The hotel is new and contemporary, and we liked the look so much we took most of our pre-​wedding pictures here. The staff is on-​point – extremely pleasant, and exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

One of the quietest hotels I have ever seen. This was not for the lack of guest. The parking lot was parked full. I also found out, the next morning, there were quite a few kids just a few rooms down from us. There were no doors slamming, no one running the halls, no loud drunks. The previously mentioned items have always been issues at much more expensive and higher star rated hotels. The breakfast was very good. A nice mix of hot items and cold. Every employee we came into contact with was very nice. When we come back to the area we will be choosing this hotel to stay in.

What a great hotel! Newly updated, clean, great décor’!! Nice early morning breakfast, a little bit of everything for everyone. Hotel front desk staff was ‘right on the ball’ being efficent and kind. I really love the room set up with the sink and toilet in one bath room and the other with another sink and shower or tub. Doors where sliding glass doors, so cool and so metropolitan!!! If I come back to the area, I will for sure stay here again — very close to shopping in Saginaw and resturants.

Absolutely beautiful! Modern décor, spacious with many amenities, first class! Soundproof walls, absolutely not. There has to be some type of flaw in the structure of this building. You can hear absolutely everything from your neighbors room. It’s as if you are in the same room! This was the worst nights sleep I have ever had in a hotel. I could hear my neighbors conversation, toilet flushing, doors opening/​closing and other sounds that I don’t need to discuss. So sad, because this place is gorgeous and reasonably priced. I truly hate to give this place only two stars, but you will not get a good nights sleep here. I’m not sure how, but I hope this issue can be fixed.

My family and I really loved it! It has: Amazing, helpful, and very friendly staff, Awesome colorful and bright modern décor, Comfortable bedding, Clean pool and whirlpool, Cozy fire outside. Peaceful area that has every store and restaurant you want. And Frankenmuth is about 20 – 30 minutes away! We loved everything about it! Can’t wait to stay there again!

Agreed on both reviewers. Beautiful hotel with a modern feel. Friendly staff. Walls are quite thin and can hear neighbors leaving rooms with such heavy doors/​latches.
Breakfast was a free for all since we came during a youth soccer tourney. Pleased that they had sausage and scrambled eggs. A man can’t live on waffles alone.
Recommend getting a room in the corner on the third floor limiting the number of neighbors you have.
Target was across the street which made the wife wet her pants… Walmart, Fashion Square Mall, and quite a number of restaurants close by.
Zhenders Waterpark and Birch Run Outlet is about 20 minutes away.

I enjoy this hotel, but the walls are PAPER thin. My neighbor just flushed the toilet, took a shower and now they are on a conf. call and I know this because I can hear everything.

The hotel staff was friendly. I stayed in the queen suite and it was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I believe the hotel was renovated recently. The décor is modern and colorful.
