I ordered a pair of shoes because the store didn’t carry my size. They were very kind and shipping was free to my home, however I had to constantly call the store to check order status when 2 weeks went by and I hadn’t received the shoes. They informed me that they accidentally ordered the incorrect size and reordered the shoes. Again, they never called to inform me of the status change. At that time I asked them to no longer ship them to me because I was changing addresses and that I would pick them up from the store and to call when they arrive. Shocker, I received no call and when I called to check on the status yet again, they informed me they shipped the shoes to my old address. Absolutely astoundingly. To make a long story short, I still don’t have the shoes and it’s been over 1 month. Just buy them somewhere else or order online yourself. This store is shockingly incompetent.

Great service! I did online research for a safety light and contacted Runners to see if they had it in stock at the Saginaw store, it wasn’t however within a day they delivered one from the Mt. Pleasant store. I was pleasantly surprised that it was the same price as a huge online retailer and I didn’t have to pay $ 5.58 for shipping. An added bonus was I could examine it instead of just looking at a photo.
