This place is great. Reasonable price, great staff, and my the dog I take in always comes out happy & clean. I even made a mistake once and ended up panicking and yelling at one of the staff and by the time I got back there to clear it up, and I had apologized as many times as she would let me, we were laughing about it. Great customer service.
As far as smelling like urine, like some people complain of, of course it does. It’s a dog groomer. If a superior race of aliens took me to have an invasive shower & haircut with strangers only once or twice a year, with no warning, I might pee myself a little too. The place is clean when you go in and the dogs are under control.
