With a city that seems to have a tattoo/​piercing shop on every corner Lunar Eclipse stands tall above them all! I have checked out just about every tattoo shop in Saginaw and Wayne has got to be the best artist Saginaw has to offer. The shop is very clean and sterile. The only down side is that it is a little hard to find. Check them out and thank me later.
