I have been a LB shopper for a lot of years and enjoy the quality and affordability of the Lane Bryant brands. I have had good shopping experiences in the store and their are several sales associates that are very helpful and pleasant. However, I find it extraordinary that the manager treats shoppers with contempt and has complete disregard to loyal customers. Something that should be simple customers service comes cross as she is doing you a huge favor and I was very uncomfortable with the exchange. This is the only location in the area and I don’t have any choice other than ordering online. If I did I would never step foot in that store again.
