History

Established in 2001.

It is because of the «master» attorneys in East Texas that I worked for, took classes from and believed in me that got me into the legal field and thus develop a great use of my Notary commission and love of wearing the white hat to help others.

I started in learning Litigation Family Law in Sulphur Springs, learned Wills and Probate, Criminal, Personal Injury & Collections in Quitman and then added Real Estate in Commerce. Various area of law interrelate to each other. I use to type up the Notes & Deeds and was taught how to run the closing table.

Life took me into running my spouse’s store in Texas and then some moves into Plano, TX, Mobile, AL and now Fort Worth, TX. I started doing Notary jobs part-time and while in AL a peer taught and helped me with fees to become full-time as a «Courtesy Closer» or «Notary Signing Agent.»

I have also received training from the National Notary Association, 123 Notary, Notary Rotary and Notary Café organizations.

Meet the Business Owner

Dianna H.

Business Owner

I have been a Notary Public since 1992. In 2001, a new field opened up for me in specializing as a Mobile Notary Public conducting home loan closings. I have taken Certification Exams and been Background Screened every 2 years since 2006.

From 2001 to 2005 I was part-time and in 2006 to present I am one of the few in the field to be able to work this type of business Full-Time.

Common titles for my job are Notary Signing Agent and Courtesy Closer. I am a type of mobile notary who is experienced and knowledgeable at facilitating loan signings which generally take place in a borrower’s house at their dining room table. In Texas, for HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit) loans I am required to conduct the signing at a Title Company or Attorney’s office.

A notary can explain where certain pieces of information are, but can not interpret a document even if they are well trained in loan documents.

I do perform other Notary tasks as defined under the Texas Notary Laws.
